In order for the referring member and referred member to receive the $75 bonus, the referred member must open a new savings account with a NHCU checking account which must be active to qualify for bonus. An active checking account is defined as having three (3) or more transactions per month. The new account must also be enrolled in e-Statements and Online Banking. New accounts must be opened by March 31, 2025. All accounts are subject to the terms of NHCU Membership and Account Agreement. Checking Accounts must pass Chex Systems. Qualification for membership is required; once qualified, a NHCU Savings Account is required with our minimum deposit requirement as stated in the Membership Agreement. Offer is nontransferable and only available to accounts in good standing. Joint owners may participate, but only three bonuses per account. Bonus will be credited to qualifying account holder and referrer’s Savings Account after 75 days of account being open if all the above criteria is met and new account is open, active, and in good standing. Bonus will be reported as interest earned, or IRS Form 1099-INT. Account holders are responsible for any applicable taxes. NHCU Employees who are existing NHCU members are eligible to participate under same requirements but cannot refer other NHCU employees. Minor accounts do not qualify.
