To Request a Loan Payoff:
For better accuracy in retrieving loan information, members must submit, in writing, a Loan Payoff Request and include their full name, loan type(s) to be paid off, good through date, last four of their social security number (or last four of their account number), and their signature. For an example, click here. Please submit the request to any NHCU branch in person or you may email the request to payoffrequests@newhcu.org. Remember to NOT include your full account number or social security number for security reasons as emails are not secure. If you have any questions, please call (251) 316-3240.
