Donation & Sponsorship Request
If your organization is seeking a sponsorship, please submit this request form at least 30 days in advance of your deadline with all the necessary information attached and your organization’s W-9 Tax ID Certificate. Keep in mind, New Horizons Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial cooperative and receives no tax credit for monetary donations. Consequently, all sponsorship requests must prove that sponsorships receive equivalent advertising opportunities for consideration. You may submit by email, regular mail, or drop off at any of our locations.
*Donation Guidelines: Besides including the information above within the appropriate time frame, all requests must fit into one of these three categories: Financial Education, Health/ Human Services, or Arts & Culture. Unfortunately, New Horizons Credit Union cannot support non-local events, travel teams, administration expenses such as travel/conferences, or projects and events whose primary purpose is religious, legislative, political or may be considered a conflict of interest with New Horizons Credit Union.

Please know that we will review your request for consideration and respond back to the contact person listed within 14 business days of submission due to the budget restraints and volume of requests received each month - hence requiring the minimum 30-day advance deadline of event response for consideration. Requests made prior to that time frame risk not being considered.
